Loss or Damage
The customer is
responsible for all rental equipment while it is in their possession,
except for damage caused by severe weather.

All equipment
must be in the same condition as it was at delivery.

Tables, chairs,
and other rental items must be restacked and left as they were found at
delivery.

No crepe paper
should touch tent or poles, due to dye transfer.

No grills or
fires, including Tiki lamps, are allowed within 60 feet of tent due to
spark and smoke damage, and a fire hazard.

Any rental items
damaged or not returned are charged to the customer at the present retail
replacement price plus shipping costs.
